  • Travel Insurance: Optional but highly recommended for travel to Japan.

Documents Required

  1. 1Original Passport: Valid for at least 6 months with at least two blank pages.
  2. 2UAE Residence Visa: Emirates ID and residency copy (must be valid for 6+ months).
  3. 3Digital/Physical Photo: One recent 4.5 × 3.5 cm photo with a white background, taken within the last 6 months.
  4. 4Financial Proof: Last 3 months’ original bank statements (stamped by the bank, showing salary transfers and sufficient balance).
  5. 5No Objection Letter (NOC): From employer/sponsor, stating salary, designation, and approved leave dates.
  6. 6Schedule of Stay: Detailed daily itinerary (we provide a template and assist with drafting).
