Not Included (Paid to authorities)

  • ICA & Agent Fees: Official Singapore visa fee (SGD 30) plus mandatory Authorized Agent fee.
  • LOI Procurement: For Level 2, Form V39A must be provided by your local contact in Singapore.

Documents Required

  1. 1Original Passport: Valid for at least 6 months with at least two blank pages.
  2. 2UAE Residence Visa: Emirates ID and residency copy (valid for at least 6 months).
  3. 3Photos: Two recent photos (white background, within 3 months; matte finish preferred).
  4. 4No Objection Letter (NOC): Original letter from UAE employer stating salary, position, and travel dates.
  5. 5Form 14A: Official application form (we prepare this for your signature).
  6. 6Letter of Introduction (LOI) / Form V39A: Required ONLY for Assessment Level 2, issued by a Singapore citizen or PR.

  • Non-refundable service fee: Once document audit and Form 14A drafting begin, the coordination fee is non-refundable.
  • Processing Timelines: Standard processing takes 3–5 working days, subject to ICA discretion and Assessment Level.
